Lee Wells raises the cattle and grinds every prime cut into the patty, ribeye and brisket and all, which is the whole reason people drive out there. The old site buried that under a stack of menus and a shopping cart. Now the beef leads. Rockwall and Royse City each keep their own hours and their own menu, and ordering direct sits above the delivery apps that had been taking a third off regulars who already knew the name.
